The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually, expect a week or two to make the garment plus the shipping time who varies depending on your location. Don’t hesitate to contact us if your order is time sensitive : we’ll try our best to accommodate you!

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
Each garment is custom made to order for you. We welcome custom and personalized orders. For example, you could add some buttons, spike trim of zip to garments. Don’t hesitate to contact us about it.

Most of our items have a size chart you can refer to. See the chart in the images listing. You can also ask for specific made-to-measure garments with no extra cost. See the measurements chart in the images listing.
Care instructions
You are new to wearing latex? You wonder how to wash and take care of your latex garments?
Don’t worry : when you order, we ship you detailled latex wear and care instructions to ensure that your clothing and accessories will last longer and look better.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each garment are carrefully packed in a small box or envelope to ensure that they arrive in good condition. The package label is discrete to assure your privacy.

Fabric & material
We use only the highest quality material to make our garments. Each item has been tested to ensure durability and ease to use.
We use natural latex sheeting for all our latex clothing and accessories. The default 0.4mm thick latex sheets come from Radical Rubber (England). The 0.3mm, 0.5mm and 0.8mm latex sheets come form MJTrends (USA).
